Team Barone did a fabulous job selling the house where I had lived for over 20 years. They listed my great place, suggested a great offer price and got a buyer in under 2 days!! Vincent and Christina are both so very helpful and knowledgeable. They also have a great photographer to do pictures and videos to post online. They all did such a great job for me. I have had the pleasure of working with Team Barone on multiple real estate transactions over the past few years. I actually worked most closely with Vincent Barone. He was one of several realtors that I interviewed when selling our home in Tampa a few years ago, and it proved to be one of the best decisions that I have ever made. Vincent came to our introductory meeting extremely well prepared. The detail of his presentations far exceeded what any of his competitors advanced, and his delivery was such that I never felt I was burdening him with "unsophisticated" questions. During our initial encounter, I always felt I was a priority to him. Additionally, although the house sold quickly, he never encouraged me to "settle" in any way. Recently, we moved back to the Tampa area, and of course I asked Vincent to help me find a home. Yet again, Vincent made the experience painless. There were times when I sent Christina texts late at night when we were negotiating with the seller and Christina would respond within a few minutes. She and her team will get the deal done and will be there with you from showing to closing.

Great Team. They had my home on contract in only 4 days back in Sept. 2019. In Oct. my son recently purchased another home and Vince found him exactly what he wanted.
